This Privacy Policy explains how Innertitan Solutions Corporation (“SquishBot Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use squishbotlabs.com.

Order information — if you purchase, checkout takes place on our Shopify store, where your payment and shipping details are collected and processed by Shopify and its payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers).

Cookies & analytics

This marketing site adds no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies of its own — so there is no cookie-consent banner here. We use only a small amount of essential, functional storage (browser localStorage) to keep the site working, such as remembering that you've already seen our eBook offer.

When you continue to our Shopify store to browse or check out, Shopify sets its own essential and analytics cookies and provides our store analytics. That activity is governed by Shopify's privacy and cookie policies. You can manage or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Why we collect it

To send the resources and updates you request, to fulfil and support orders, to respond to your messages, and to keep the site secure. We rely on your consent (email signup) and on the performance of a contract (orders) as our legal bases.

MailerLite — handles our email signups, delivery, and list management for the newsletter and free eBook.
Shopify (and its payment processor) — hosts our store and processes orders, checkout, and payments.
Vercel — hosting and delivery of this marketing site.

How it's stored & retained

Information is stored with the providers above using industry-standard safeguards. We keep email-subscriber data until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years).

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting innertitiansolutions@gmail.com. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing.
