We stand behind every squishy with a 30-day happiness guarantee. If your purchase doesn't bring a little more calm to your day, here's how to make it right.

Return window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns of items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll always make it right — just send a photo.

How to request a return

  • Email innertitiansolutions@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We'll reply with instructions (and a return address) within 1 business day.
  • Ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after we receive and inspect the return.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want a different squishy instead? Mention it in your email and we'll help arrange an exchange where stock allows.
